We had been looking for a vacation home for a couple of months online and met a Realtor® who unfortunately after the first phone call I knew could not meet our needs to find a home. After one conversation with Luana, I knew she was the right Realtor® to use and I wasn’t wrong. Luana really listened to us to find out exactly what kind of house we were looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched our criteria, she made sure we knew about it immediately. We were out of state buyers and she took the time to walk the homes, send videos, and Facetime with us to provide a guided tour as if we were actually on site. Luana is extremely knowledgeable of the market and always made the time to answer my multiple text messages, emails, phone calls, and Facetime requests. Now let’s talk about negotiations she is amazing! We told her what we wanted to pay for the house we found and her response was “I got this” and she did. In this hot sellers-market not only did she get the seller to accept our offer at asking price we even got some money towards our closing costs. She is truly amazing! Luana is also incredibly personable, funny, and easy to get along with. On top of being exceptionally good at her job she felt like a friend after the first meeting and certainly is my friend now. We were very picky when it came to finding a vacation home. Luana worked hard for us and never gave up. We are happy to say that we have our vacation home, thanks to Luana’s efforts, and are very grateful to her.
