Meet Luana

Luana Leventhal lives and works in sunny Davenport, Florida, and has been a licensed Realtor® since 2012. In less than a decade, she’s earned a number of industry recognitions. In 2019, she was named one of the Top Realtors® Under 35 by Orlando Real Producers – a platform focused on the top 5% of Realtors® in Central Florida. In 2020, the same organization named her one of the region’s Top 500 Realtors®.

Luana joined Compass to combine her high-touch personal service with the company’s powerful real estate technology platform. As she describes it, “Compass is truly innovative and building a way towards a better real estate future for everyone.”

She holds a number of professional certifications designed to help her clients feel more confident. As a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), she’s had extensive training in how to work with appraisers, price properties, create CMAs and guide clients through the home valuation process. Likewise, Luana is a graduate of the New Home Co-Broker (NHCB) Academy, where she learned specific strategies for pricing and selling newly developed residences. She’s also a member of the Osceola County Association of Realtors®.

After several years as a property manager, working closely with owners and investors, Luana developed excellent negotiating skills and a new appreciation for the value of time and money. These experiences inspire her to always put her best foot forward for every client.
