Meet Luana America

Luana America Oliveira lives and works in sunny Davenport, Florida, and has been a licensed Realtor® since 2012. In less than a decade, she’s earned a number of industry recognitions. In 2019, she was named one of the Top Realtors® Under 35 by Orlando Real Producers – a platform focused on the top 5% of Realtors® in Central Florida. In 2020, the same organization named her one of the region’s Top 500 Realtors and she has ranked in the top 250 Realtors in Central Florida ever since (out of 26,000 agents).

Luana is the founder of Orange Slice Properties, a boutique brokerage backed by a respected national brand. This unique model allows her to offer a truly local, curated experience while still providing clients with the resources and reach of a larger network. Orange Slice Properties was built on the belief that real estate should be personal, intentional, and tailored to the individual needs of every buyer or seller.

She holds a number of professional certifications designed to help her clients feel more confident. As a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), she’s had extensive training in how to work with appraisers, price properties, create CMAs, and guide clients through the home valuation process. Likewise, Luana is a graduate of the New Home Co-Broker (NHCB) Academy, where she learned specific strategies for pricing and selling newly developed residences. She’s also a member of the Osceola County Association of Realtors®.

After several years as a property manager, working closely with owners and investors, Luana developed excellent negotiating skills and a deep appreciation for the value of time and money. These experiences inspire her to always put her best foot forward for every client.
